A Tucson, Arizona-based oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. George R. Deeb currently practices at Associates in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, which maintains offices in Tucson and in nearby Sierra Vista. At his office, Dr. Deeb assists patients who are experiencing a number of tooth and jaw problems, including impacted wisdom teeth. He also provides dental implants, treats patients who have a cleft lip, and performs reconstructive facial operations to correct fractured bones and other issues.
Dr. George R. Deeb assists Tucson-area patients by drawing on his years of experience and his comprehensive education in the field. He obtained both his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Colorado before moving to the Pacific Northwest to fulfill an internship in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Oregon Health Sciences University. Continuing to hone his skills at the institution, Dr. Deeb completed his residency in the specialty, as well as an additional internship in general surgery. Dr. Deeb also earned an MD from Oregon Health Sciences University. While finishing his formal education, he garnered recognition from several medical groups, including an award from the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. George R. Deeb remains dedicated to advancing his training by participating in several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Southern Arizona Dental Association, the Arizona Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Western Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the International Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Recognized by his peers for his knowledge and skill, Dr. Deeb is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.
In his free time, Dr. George R. Deeb enjoys golfing many of Tucson’s famed courses. He also takes pleasure in skiing, mountaineering, bicycling, and spending time with his wife and children.
